The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is offered to students seeking a part-time terminal degree in business. The flexible synchronous online program is designed to provide students with verbal and written communication, critical thinking and strategic and general management mastery at the doctoral level. Students will be required to attend class lectures online and attend one required, three-day immersive campus experience.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must have an earned M.B.A., or closely related business or master’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.2, from an accredited college or university.

Degree Requirements
The Doctor of Business Administration is conferred on students who complete the program of study as outlined below. Students will be required to attend class lectures online and attend the immersive main campus experience. Each student will be required to: (1) pass a comprehensive examination, (2) submit a dissertation proposal and successfully defend that proposal to the dissertation committee at the dissertation proposal conference and (3) submit a final dissertation manuscript and defend the research results to the dissertation committee at the final dissertation defense.
