CSE 4678 Cyber IdentityCredit Hours: 3 Examines digital attributes—commonly referred to as digital dust—that are used to establish/strengthen linkages between a person and an online persona (i.e., a cyber identity) and its effects on privacy. Examples of attributes to be discussed include user credentials, mobile signatures, online behavioral patterns and information discoverable (and accessible) online. Technology areas discussed include web browser signatures, social media, financial transactions, mobile devices and wearable technology. Prerequisite: CSE 2010
