BME 4600 Biomedical Data Science and AI

Focuses on the theoretical basis and applications of data science and artificial intelligence approaches for biomedical applications. Provides an overview of common data science and machine learning tools, techniques and models with specific emphasis on those of high relevance to biomedical domains such as models that are able to handle data scarcity and explainable AI techniques. Emphasizes hands-on training with real world biomedical, health and health care data.
