BME 2550 Biomedical Software and Programming

Credit Hours: 2
Provides hands-on instruction to use biomedical engineering software and programming languages such as computer aided design (CAD) modeling, MATLAB®, Python and LabView. Includes biomedical applications such as analyzing cardiovascular systems, detection and diagnoses of pathologies, and monitoring of biomedical devices. 
Prerequisite: PHY 1001  and (BIO 3201  or BIO 3211   or BIO 3212 )  Corequisite: BIO 3201  or BIO 3211  or BIO 3212
