BME 2550 Biomedical Software and Programming

Credit Hours: 2
Hands on instruction to use biomedical engineering software and programming languages such as computer aided design (CAD) modeling, Matlab, python and Labview. Includes biomedical applications such as analyzing cardiovascular systems, detection and diagnoses of pathologies and monitoring of biomedical devices. 
Prerequisite: PHY 1001  and BIO 3201   Corequisite: BIO 3201
