BME 4730 Biophotonics and Microscopy

Credit Hours: 3
The course will be dived primarily in four segments: fundamental principles of light, optics, lasers, biology, and medicine; diagnostic biophotonics including imaging, spectroscopy, and optical biosensors; therapeutic applications of biophotonics; engineering and physical principles of various microscopy modalities. 
Prerequisite: MTH 2201  and PHY 2002
