Credit Hours: 3Examines the management of conflict in organizations at the level of the individual and the group. Provides a background in alternatives to litigation models including negotiation, mediation, peer-review systems and arbitration. Uses simulation exercises to develop the student’s skills in applying various forms of dispute resolution.
